1. The seller
Purchases on aurelia.com are made from Aurélia ("we", "us", "our"). For any question contact care@aurelia.com or our contact page.
2. Products and pricing
- Product descriptions, photos and prices are provided in good faith and may contain minor inaccuracies.
- Prices are displayed in the currency selected at checkout and may exclude taxes and shipping, which are shown at checkout.
- Discounted prices apply only while stock lasts. The Final Pieces collection is limited and will not be restocked.
- We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order in case of obvious pricing error, suspected fraud or stock unavailability, with full refund.
3. The order & the contract
A sales contract is formed when we send you an order confirmation email. Before then we may refuse the order without any obligation. You can review and correct your order before final confirmation at checkout.
4. Payment
We accept the payment methods displayed at checkout. Payments are processed by PCI-DSS Level 1 certified providers. Goods remain our property until full payment has been received.
5. Shipping
Orders are dispatched within a maximum of 7 business days. Full shipping conditions, transit times and costs are described in our shipping & returns page.
6. Right of withdrawal & returns
Customers in the European Union and the United Kingdom have a statutory right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receiving the goods, in accordance with EU Directive 2011/83/EU and the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. Worldwide, we accept returns within 14 days of delivery under the conditions described in our shipping & returns page.
7. Legal guarantee of conformity
All products benefit from the legal guarantees of conformity and against hidden defects required by applicable consumer law in your country of residence (including, where applicable, EU Directive (EU) 2019/771, the UK Consumer Rights Act 2015, the Australian Consumer Law, the US Magnuson-Moss Warranty Act and the Brazilian Consumer Defence Code). These rights are not affected by these terms.
8. Intellectual property
All content on this store — including the Aurélia name, logo, product designs, photographs and texts — is the exclusive property of Aurélia or its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute or use it without our prior written consent.
9. Acceptable use
- You agree to provide accurate information when placing an order.
- You agree not to misuse the store (fraud, scraping, abusive automation, attacks).
- Purchases are intended for personal, non-commercial use unless otherwise agreed in writing.
10. Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the price paid for the relevant order. Nothing in these terms limits or excludes any liability that cannot be limited or excluded under applicable consumer law (including, in the EU, your statutory rights against the seller).
11. Force majeure
We are not liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, strikes, customs delays or carrier disruption.
12. Dispute resolution
We will always try to find an amicable solution first. EU consumers may use the European Commission's Online Dispute Resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr. Nothing in these terms deprives you of the protection of mandatory consumer-law rules of your country of residence.
13. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of our place of establishment, without prejudice to the mandatory consumer-protection rules of your country of residence.
14. Changes
We may update these terms. The version applicable to your order is the one published on this page at the time of purchase.
