We ship Aurélia pieces worldwide. Every order is hand-checked and dispatched within a maximum of 7 business days.

Order processing

All orders are dispatched within a maximum of 7 business days from the date of purchase. Most orders ship sooner. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking as soon as your parcel leaves our warehouse.

Delivery times

Estimated transit times after dispatch:

  • Europe — 3 to 7 business days
  • United Kingdom — 4 to 8 business days
  • United States & Canada — 5 to 10 business days
  • Rest of the world — 7 to 15 business days

Delivery times are estimates provided by our carriers and may vary due to customs or local handling.

Shipping costs

  • Free worldwide shipping on orders over $120 USD (or equivalent).
  • Standard shipping is calculated at checkout based on destination and weight.
  • Express options are available at checkout where supported.

Customs, duties and taxes

Orders shipped outside of our home market may be subject to import duties, taxes and fees levied by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the product price or shipping cost. Please check with your local customs office for details before ordering.

Right of withdrawal (EU/UK)

In accordance with EU Directive 2011/83/EU and the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, customers in the European Union and the United Kingdom have the right to withdraw from their purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods, without giving any reason.

Returns & refunds

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery, worldwide. Items must be returned unused, in their original condition and packaging, with all tags attached.

  • Final Sale pieces marked as such on the product page are eligible for exchange or store credit only, where permitted by local law.
  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 14 days of receiving the returned item.
  • Return shipping is paid by the customer, except where the product is defective or incorrect.

Defective or incorrect items

If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong product, contact us within 7 days of delivery and we will arrange a free replacement or full refund, including return shipping. This does not affect your statutory rights under applicable consumer protection laws (including, where applicable, the Australian Consumer Law, the US Magnuson-Moss Warranty Act and equivalent legislation).

Lost parcels

If your parcel has not arrived within the estimated delivery window, please contact us and we will open an investigation with the carrier. Parcels marked as delivered by the carrier are considered delivered.
