How long does it take to ship my order?+
We dispatch every order within a maximum of 7 business days. Most orders ship sooner. You'll receive a tracking number by email as soon as your parcel leaves our warehouse.
Do you ship worldwide?+
Yes. We ship to most countries in Europe, North America, South America, Asia, Oceania and Africa. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your destination.
Do I have to pay import duties?+
Orders shipped outside our home market may be subject to customs duties and taxes imposed by your country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient.
Can I change or cancel my order?+
Contact us as soon as possible. If your order has not been dispatched yet, we'll do our best to modify or cancel it.
Returns & refunds
What is your return policy?+
You may return any item within 14 days of delivery, unused and in original condition. Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 14 days of receiving the returned item.
Are Final Sale pieces returnable?+
Items marked as Final Sale on the product page are eligible for exchange or store credit only, where permitted by local law. Your statutory consumer rights are not affected.
How do I start a return?+
Contact our team through the contact page with your order number and we'll send you instructions.
Payments & security
Which payment methods are accepted?+
We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Shop Pay. All transactions are processed by Shopify Payments over an encrypted SSL connection.
Is my payment information safe?+
Yes. We never store full card details on our servers. Payments are processed by PCI-DSS Level 1 certified providers.

Are the pieces authentic?+
Every Aurélia piece is original, designed and curated by our team. Final Pieces are the last units of our discontinued collection.
Will sold-out pieces return?+
No. The Final Pieces collection is a definitive farewell — once a piece is sold out, it will not be restocked.
